Everything you need to know before booking a session.
We have two dietitians: Ana and Maria! Both of them work in office and virtual and are both bilingual
(English/ Spanish).
Bookings are done via our website or link in our Instagram Bio!
You will create and account, select a practitioner and service, and pick your date/time.
Payment is due at booking via our portal! If you have any issues, amazing team member Pau can help you out at (786)-881-8849!
- If you cancel with more than 48 hours in advance: we will rebook your appointment or refund 100%
- of your payment.
- If you cancel within 48-4 hours pre appointment, we refund 50% of your appointment
- If you cancel within 4 hours, we do not offer refunds at this time.
- You will get automatic reminders 1 week, 3 days and 2 days prior.
We are working on it however this is still work in progress. For now we can give you a receipt and you can submit it to your insurance! We do take HSA/FSA cards and we offer payment plans!
Please come in SHORTS and SPORTS BRA to in office appointments. Consults might last anywhere from 45′-1 hour!
- Complete all forms provided prior to the appointment
- Bring a list of medications or supplements you are taking
- Bring your training and competition schedule
- Upload 1-2 days of meals (only photos)
- Upload blood work you might have completed
- Also bring any information that you consider important for us to know!
- For our VIRTUAL appointments, upload a picture of yourself in sports clothes, get a morning weight and height!
