Everything you need to know before booking a session.

We have two dietitians: Ana and Maria! Both of them work in office and virtual and are both bilingual
(English/ Spanish).

Bookings are done via our website or link in our Instagram Bio!

You will create and account, select a practitioner and service, and pick your date/time.

Payment is due at booking via our portal! If you have any issues, amazing team member Pau can help you out at (786)-881-8849!

  • If you cancel with more than 48 hours in advance: we will rebook your appointment or refund 100%
  • of your payment.
  • If you cancel within 48-4 hours pre appointment, we refund 50% of your appointment
  • If you cancel within 4 hours, we do not offer refunds at this time.
  • You will get automatic reminders 1 week, 3 days and 2 days prior.

We are working on it however this is still work in progress. For now we can give you a receipt and you can submit it to your insurance! We do take HSA/FSA cards and we offer payment plans!

Please come in SHORTS and SPORTS BRA to in office appointments. Consults might last anywhere from 45′-1 hour!

  • Complete all forms provided prior to the appointment
  • Bring a list of medications or supplements you are taking
  • Bring your training and competition schedule
  • Upload 1-2 days of meals (only photos)
  • Upload blood work you might have completed
  • Also bring any information that you consider important for us to know!
  • For our VIRTUAL appointments, upload a picture of yourself in sports clothes, get a morning weight and height!
